We know that Brasil is currently living moments of demonstrations where its people are rising "from his birthplace explendido" (phrase of its own national anthem) and rebelling to such corruption in it. On the other hand, there is a lady called President Dilma, who has knowledge of facts which however, does not have the strength to defeat the enemy that is invisible beside her as unaware of their strength and their limits.
