Despite others’ mischaracterizations of us, our mission is to effectively communicate science-based information on health, nutrition and food safety for the public good. Yes, we are supported by the broad-base food, beverage, and agricultural industries; however, we do not promote brands or products. We stick to the science and look to the best experts in their fields, as well as regulatory and health authorities, to ensure our information is science-based!
