We know that the number of women in science is not that big, and a surprising thing is that unlike many people think the reason is not a biological factor, it is cultural. I experience it every single day, when I walk to the classroom all I see are guys around. It can lead us (women) to think that we do not fit in, but we cannot believe that. We can do anything because as Debbie says in this video It is not about being a born genius, it is about how hard you work. This is such an inspirational video!
