We live in Colorado Spring. My middle child came home with this. He decided that he would join a weaving club a month ago and today was the last day. This is what he made. (Not bad for a white school. Lol my son is the only Navajo in the school). I will be teaching him more about designs in the years to come. My oldest boy (14) enjoys weaving as well. He helps mommy. When he wants to relax or be at peace hell sit at my loom and weave away. In the background is what Im working on now. I challenge you to teach your children. Start with something simple and progress from there. Remember you are your childs first teacher.
