We live in a time when people practically worship scholars rather than Allah. Out of their misguidance, hold some scholars above their rank and claim infallibility for them which is completely against the quran & sunnah. Scholars are the heirs of the prophets, but thry are still human and prone to (albeit less likely to make) mistakes. Questioning a scholar is often seen as rude but if a person is genuinely doing so out of concern or valid skepticism (and not to be a wise-guy or actually rude), we need to let go of our egos and allow their questions to be asked to the scholars in question. ~A1
