We live in a time where Jesus is uncrowned in the eyes of many in this world. The commands and proclamations recorded in His Word go unheeded everyday. A significant amount of people think of Gods Word as an admirable collection of platitudes and lovely sounding high minded words. But they scoff at the authority that God asserts in the Bible over His creation. One day very soon every tribe and nation -- every boy, girl, woman of influence, and man of power will be brought before God. There will be no appeal, for His is the highest Kingdom and court in the universe. Every one of their knees will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. By the time that the Great White Throne of judgment has taken place, the sheep of God will have already been separated from the rebellious who are characterized as goats.( Matt. 25, Rev. 20) Every person who has scoffed (2 Peter 3, Jude) will beg for Gods mercy but will not find it for the time for mercy and compassion will be over. Jesus came to Bethlehem as a babe in a manger but when He comes to the earth again He will come with eyes like flames of fire to rule the earth with a rod of iron. When He first came He shared the truth of Gods love and mercy. When He returns He will dispense Gods justice and judgment on the wicked and evil. In that day, He will be crowned by every person great or small. His Kingdom shall be eternal and those who were saved will rule and reign under His banner forever! Jesus reigns!
