We live in an incredible time, politically. It is so rare for one party to be so clearly better than the other by nearly every metric. It seems tailor made for the simplistic ideologies of the masses. Democrats good, Republicans bad. Hardly ever has reality so closely lined up with such over-simplification. So why is it that most of the ideological masses instead believe that both parties are equally bad, so they should just give up? For crying out loud, you are living in a time of history where an overly simplistic ideology is actually very close to correct! And in that scenario you choose a completely incorrect ideology instead? Youre never going to get this chance again, folks. Never again in our lifetimes will a college freshmans view of politics have a chance of being so close to correct. Stop wasting it with crazy.
