We lost a real Texan yesterday. Bill Garlington. Bill I will miss you and will never forget the times I, with my family, was able to spend with you and Millie at the lake house. I learned many things there, such as how to deep fry turkeys, ( I have cooked over 1000 since you taught me how) briskets with Millie instructions, venision back strap, but more that that I learned many things about life. I enjoyed many hours of listening to you and your friends tell stories about the days gone by and the leasons we all need to learn. We have so many family stories that we will share forever about things that happened at the "lake house". The boys learning how to ski, Jarrod bring home a bucket full of crawfish, Jason fishing, something he enjoys still today, Kristin and the armidillo, toddies on the deck or on the screen porch, Christmas talent shows.There are so many memories that come to me could not list them all. I am so thankful that my grandson and daughter in law Claire and Jon Loran got to meet you and for the time we got to spend together just a so few days ago. Bill I will miss you. Till we meet again.
