We love happy costumers at Chevrolet Buick GMC of Fairbanks! Here is another great review we want to share with everyone: Ive had some bad experiences with American car dealers, but I cant fault Fairbanks/Lithia dealership. Bought a 2014 Silverado from John and he made it a great buying experience. Purchased a bedliner, running board, autostart and Blizzack tires after the sale, and I would be hard pressed to criticize the experience. John was there to help us out, Shana was great at explaining and taking care of the service. Free donuts, shuttle service, and an above average willingness to help us out and meet our needs. I cant think of anything, or anyway to make it better. They even gave us a loaner vehicle when they detailed the truck. Great Job, John and Shana!
