We love love St. Jude Childrens Hospital! Charlotte has collected donations instead of gifts for many of her birthdays. I taught her about it because my mom taught me because she loved them too. I made my first donation at 16! As luck would have it, Brians job in cause marketing brought him together with St. Judes in helping raise millions on behalf of Sears and Kmart. He has visited the hospital and seen first hand the amazing work they do for kids. So it wasnt surprising that Charlotte chose Danny Thomas for her hero project at school. Brian casually sent her photo to his colleague at the hospital who sent it to another colleague who then shared it with Marlo Thomas who happened to be in town. Charlotte was surprised by this amazing note and gift from her the other day. I think my mom is looking down at us with a wink and a smile
