We love our Arts District family and are so appreciative of all the hard work from the community activists in the neighborhood. When you see them, thank them. They are the ones returning home at 11 pm fighting for green spaces and ethical development, planting trees, picking up dog poop, planting flowers, creating new bike paths, helping artists be in their first show or protecting and preserving murals. Its these heros that go unsung every day so the rest of us can look at cool art, have some shade or a place to take our dogs. Hug a community activist we say!
