We love to hear that we have exceeded our clients expectations, so - TopicsExpress

We love to hear that we have exceeded our clients expectations, so thank you to Kylie Haynes client, Anne, for your lovely words! Approximately eight months ago I sold my house and placed a deposit on a townhouse in Kedron. My only requirement for purchase of the property was a guarantee that my small dog would be accepted as well. The agent for the sale of the property assured me that this was not going to be a problem as he knew of other dogs living in the complex. At his word I ordered removalists for the two properties upon settlement. Two days before settlement was to take place I received a call from the agent advising that the body corporate would not accept my dog. I was devastated. Having no option but to seek accommodation with my daughter who has her own family, we both kept looking until we found the villa in which I am now residing. My requirement for purchase had not changed and I explained this to the Agent, Kylie Haynes, on the Open House morning. I am aware of the difficulties she faced seeking approval for me. Kylie located and acquired signatures from members of the body corporate for the acceptance of my dog into the complex. One of these members works away from Brisbane but Kylie pursued him successfully. Before settlement Kylie rang to ask how I was coping and came for a visit prior to settlement to see if I had relocated happily. I am seventy years of age and it is nice to know that there are people who will make the extra effort to achieve results for others.
