We made it to Florida. Some things we learned so far. Dont ever stay at the Wyndham Suites near OHare - they allow their guests to stay up all night drinking in the common area that all of the rooms face. No one was able to get any rest. Second thing we learned w as that the TAS does not start screening bags until 4:00 am. So if you are taking an international flight there is no need to get to the airport before 3:45 am ever. Spirit Airlines is surprising us. We left Chicago 20 minutes early. The seats were more comfortable than Ryan Air in Europe. Our flight to San Jose has been delayed though. It is sunny and 75 in Florida. Still suffering from sleep Deprivation but not crabby yet. Lea says the food court is charging $1.50 for hot water in her own cup. What ever!
