We make a little progress getting stuff up and out of boxes every day, this weekend we got through a bunch of the stuff in the front corner, found more hooks to put up more stuff, and whatnot. This is our usual slow season, but with this weather, there is a new meaning to the word slow. :( Hopefully there is a pent up need for beads, and repressed urges for jewelry making and general crafting. We are ready for it, and Im ready for the snow and cold to go away. Working on getting our bead buffet up. Sort of like our rock pit, you can fill various sized bags for one price from a mix of beads. Hopefully there will be one bin of wood, one of plastic/acrylic and two of rocks/glass (small and large). Its not as easy to find supplies as it was a few years ago. Prices have gone up, and the bulk bags we used to get are not available, or are half the size. But I think we can make it happen. There are always enough loose beads to toss into the bins. Which brings up another point... I need a good disclaimer on what is in the bins, in case people try to toss things from other areas of the store into it..... Any suggestions? (I hope to have the rock pit back this summer too, right now, we have a small treasure chest of polished stones, not a pit)
