Coastal Management/Port Management/Marine Biology etc. for Balochistan, Agriculture for Punjab/Sindh, Refugees Rehabilitation, Tourism/Hospitality etc. for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and many other disciplines have never figured in Islamabads rot imagination!
