We now live in a country where we allow trial by media. It is my personal belief that all courtrooms should be closed to media in order to guarantee a fair and partial exercise of justice. We have had far too many people tried by the media before they are tried by the courts. I feel that the media exercises undue influence on the courts and all participants in the legal process. I wounder what Malcolm X would have to say if he were alive today. Race is a fabricated status in order to differentiate class within the human race and is created by humans for humans.
