We occasionally send out quality surveys to all of our regular clients to see how we are doing and ask for feedback. This one really made us smile: My team (Concha and Lety) is thorough, fast, friendly, and professional. They always remember my cleaning requests particular to my home and cheerfully respond to any new issues or requests I raise. Its important to me (and I asked about this before contracting with Maid Brigade), that Maid Brigade seems to pay decent wages and provides health care benefits. I would gladly pay higher fees if I knew they enhanced employee wages and benefits, for my team and others who have come to my home always work very hard and fast, and with such great attitudes. I rely on representations that all products and practices are environmentally sound, which is also important to me. The office staff is unfailingly polite, and I appreciate their calls alerting me in advance of my teams arrival. I highly recommend Maid Brigade. Way to go, Team 18!
