We often get asked about our 2015 or future plans. Here is a short list of what is coming up for Woodstock. The food trailer should be here and ready to go by late March. We will be simplifying our downtown menu and give it much needed identity and focus. We have been contacted by several charities which we will be working with in 2015. At our main store we are adding some new items that we are confident will be a welcome addition. Depending on how things shape out we will open another store in the second or third quarter with a different emphasis in the bakery business, more about that later. There are two others things coming down the pipeline that we hope to be able to reveal in the coming weeks. We currently cater five days a week and three of those days are double duty, we plan to expand that through a realignment of our downtown facility. We know that we can handle three catering events per day we just needed to adjust our infrastructure to handle it. Thank you for your continued support and feedback, we truly listen to all of our suggestions. Regardless of the goals we accomplish this coming year none are more important than improving our relationships with you. I will say until the day I die that no one owes us there loyalty we owe you ours. Dad always tells me and now I believe him more than ever that businesses fail because they take their customers for granted. We will never do that. I honestly live to serve. God bless Matt
