We opened Arlene Fisher Hann’s show on Friday June 14th to a great crowd. Arlene Fisher Hann, A longtime resident of Glen Ellen, CA., in the heart of Sonoma’s wine country has been involved in painting for over 40 years. She works mainly in oils, but also works in watercolors and acrylics. Arlene Fisher Hann’s greatest source of inspiration comes from the constantly changing beauty of Northern California. Changing colors of the seasons and the many moods of nature provide infinite ideas and interpretations. While enjoying painting Northern California, she also has traveled throughout the United States and Europe capturing the endless beauty of the land. This award-winning artist draws inspiration from the works of Monet, among other impressionistic painters. Preferring to paint on-location and outdoors, she also enjoys teaching and sharing her art.
