We performed John Hadfields Original One-Man Comedy Variety Show today at the Toms RIver NJ Senior Center - wIth the help of Nelson (my robot bird), Hilton (the screaming disembodied monkey head), Tippytoes (my imaginary friend), and of course Reggie the dog (who once again stole the show). There was plate spinning, hat juggling, magic, box manipulation, songs about duct tape, lost dentures, and beans (complete with whoopee cushion percussion), and a Doris Day impersonator. The seniors loved it, and were sitting with mouths open, wondering what was going to happen next. Its kind of like a crazy person wrote this show.
