We performed at the Festival of Lights for the second time this evening. Again, we had trouble with the electrical system. They had changed out the little gas generator for a much larger system, which we expected to be better - but actually it wasnt producing enough voltage to adequately power all of the sound equipment. Ericks bass amp wasnt producing any volume until they brought back the gas powered portable and added it into the system. That boosted things enough to make his bass amp work correctly and we were able to start the show...40 minutes late! We subsequently had a great (if short) show, although the attendance was noticably down because of the severe rainstorm that was going on most of the evening. I managed to get the camera placed better this time, coming at it from the center stage right. This put the bass amp and the drums directly in line with the camera, so the audio balance was much better, and you could see all three of us in the shot.
