We potentially have a furnished room to rent from mid August onwards, double room for one person with ensuite toilet and basin, in a stunning and unique, peaceful and private location right by the reservoir/forest/moor with plenty of outdoor space. The person will need to have their own car as it is 4 miles outside of Chagford and would be someone who is into rural life. At this stage we are just considering ideas so please get in touch if you may be interested. We are away and/or very busy much of the time and so rent could potentially be partly exchanged for indoor/outdoor maintenance, DIY, animal care, cleaning, gardening etc. Let us know what skills/experience in any of these areas you have! The person will be tidy and quiet, trustworthy and reliable, respectful of our home and surroundings, have references available from previous landlords/housemates, like dogs, and may have their own quiet and well behaved outdoor dog if they have a kennel. There is no internet and we use our mobile phones as hotspots, so the person would need to do the same if internet access is required.
