We pulled the meat off our huge racks of smoked pork ribs and smothered it in our homemade BBQ sauce, piled it on a fresh brioche roll and called it todays special. Its really good. Every day weve been smoking large boneless skinless chicken breasts and adding them to our daily specials. Theyre becoming so popular that were selling out just about every day. Today being Friday we also have our smoked catfish filet special. It tastes alot better than your typical fried filet youll get elsewhere. Yummmmm smokey.
