We received some terrible news earlier this week about a veterinary nurse colleague who ended her own life. She was a lovely, friendly, caring and beautiful person who we will all sorely miss. Many of you may not be aware that the veterinary industry has a high suicide rate. It can be a stressful and emotional profession that can take its toll. Please look out for your workmates, friends and colleagues and ensure that they receive the support that they need.
