We received such a lovely email from a customer for our Giddy Gallery - but as would could only fit a little bit of it on the website we thought we would share the rest of it here: I am often travelling away for volunteer work and I take my charm bracelet along with me as a security blanket so it feels like all I love follow me every where I go. I have long been searching for a charm to symbolise my family, which to me will be one of the most important charms in my bracelet. I wanted a personalised one but everywhere offered personal engravements at very expensive prices which was difficult for me because my career offered little income and all I have is spent on my volunteer work. I was lucky to come across this website that offered personalised charms at very reasonable prices. They even gave me complimentary engraving for the extra letters because I wanted all my family members initials on it. I was worried if the letters would all fit in, or if they would make a mistake. I also thought it would take longer for it to arrive. It arrived faster than any other parcels I ordered to my pleasant surprise. It was beautifully wrapped, whimsical and sweet and I almost wanted to leave it in its packaging. The charm itself was dainty, delicate and extremely shiny. Probably the glossiest silver I own on my bracelet. The names were beautifully engraved, I have since been trying to learn how to write in that handwriting. It also all fit in perfectly which impressed me because I gave difficult instructions. Every time I wear my bracelet, its the one that catches my attention the most despite its relative simplicity to the others. And it makes me feel exactly what I wanted to feel when I look at it. Like my family is always with me. I couldnt have asked for a better charm to symbolise the most important thing in my life. Thank you very much ohmygiddyaunt.
