Renee not only helped us for the presentation of the house free of charge with her outstanding knowledge and experience, but also those trivial yet necessary things, particularly when we are not in Melbourne. For example, she helped us sort out stuff to get the house ready, drop off things to the op shop, keep the house in a great condition during the whole marketing campaign month, arrange sold items to be picked up by EBay buyers and even clean the house before the hand-over without any extra charge.
