We recently looked at a list of the top film schools in the country, but some people think you can squeeze an entire film-school education into a week. Robert Rodriguez says even that’s too long: The director of Sin City and Once Upon a Time in Mexico thinks 10 minutes is more like it. Reel Deal Film School has a compilation of Rodriguez’s best 10 Minute Film School Videos. One example of his advice: “Too many creative people don’t want to learn how to be technical so they become dependent on technical people. Become technical, you can learn that. If you’re creative and technical, you’re unstoppable.”
