We recently surpassed the milestone of rescuing over 500 dogs from the streets of Dallas! We are hoping you will support our ongoing efforts to save the street dogs by making a tax deductible donation towards three special dogs who are in need of extensive medical treatment. Capt. Jack, Betsy and Goldie are prime examples of why we do what we do, day in and day out. We rescued them from the streets on one of the coldest days of the year. Betsy and Capt. Jack were severely emaciated. Goldie was a good weight but was bleeding above her tail. We could tell all three didnt feel well and knew they needed immediate rescue. Capt. Jacks x-rays showed a bullet lodged near his spine. He and Betsy also have TVT which requires chemotherapy. All three dogs are heartworm positive so will soon go through treatment. Despite their tough start to life, these are some of the sweetest dogs ever! Their bills are already into the thousands and continue to climb. They are already feeling better and are expected to make a full recovery and will go on to live long, happy lives with the forever families that they deserved all along!
