We reopened on Friday and adopted out three dogs, Saturday we adopted 8...hoping for some more loving homes for our dogs today. The rescue is open from 9 - 1 today and 6 - 8:30. Because of the open cages we have we will be taking three of the abandoned dogs from Tampa into the shelter today. They are awesome, housebroken and sweet, we have also tagged 9 more at kill shelters that should be her by the end of the week. Empty cages for the holidays is our goal. Every dog in a loving home.....I would like to take this time to Thank The SPCA for sending so many adopters over to us. The dont currently have too many small dogs and when people come looking, they send them to us. Several new dogs in the past few days are in homes because of them sending them over. I would also like to thank all the volunteers and Roger and Susan for doing our adoption event yesterday. Its because of YOU that 8 dogs found families yesterday so THANK YOU. As always, thank you all for the updates and photos of the dogs you have adopted from us. Nothing makes us happier than seeing them in loving homes, comfy and happy.
