We ripped everything out of this sub grade patio. We improved the drainage so that would never be an issue. then we custom built horizontal wood work around the existing kiwi vine, installed dutch style door for the dog, an outdoor mirror to make the space feel bigger, and cedar risers with sawn basalt treads. New random sandstone paving with stepping stones & water feature between the two areas of the patio. The home owners were so pleased with the work they decided to reno the inside to match the newly designed landscape.
