We saw FURY last night. Its sort of like the story of the Alamo, - TopicsExpress

We saw FURY last night. Its sort of like the story of the Alamo, but told from the inside of a tank rather than an old Spanish mission. The story is gritty, graphic, and told from ground level throughout. The acting is outstanding, so is the production value. FURY reminds us that a soldiers Job One is to kill people and to keep killing them until they stop trying to kill you and the folks who came with you to the battlefield; which is something that only happens when the people on the other side are dead. Soldiers are not police officers and they are not community organizers. Killing lots of people is the only way to win a war and find your way back to the peace and security of home. Combat is not for sympathetic or sentimental types of people. Thats the simple message of FURY.
