We saw Surgery today and the good news is that Dr.Brindle believes the wound to be granular tissue (stomach lining tissue) and thinks that because of the G-tube infection last week that this just made his body go into over-growth. The awful news is that I got to hold him down today while the silver nitrated him (yes, it is as awful as that sounds). Hes been really unsettled all night now and is certainly in more pain then yesterday...:( I am hoping that a night of rest (ha ha) will bring about a happier boy tomorrow.
