We seem to be confining to mere symbolism,tokenism & sloganeering as for as womens safety,security & empowerment are concerned. It is high time we shed our patriachial attitudes & collectively build a robust ecosystem where women can live in dignity with self esteem. We need to insist the policy makers to frame more woman friendly legislations & implement the existing laws more effectively. These are all doable propositions.
