We shouldnt have to carry Americas energy addiction on our backs. There is no mention of the health and environmental disparities that come with energy extraction! These poverty standards dont take into account what rez life is like. Our standards of life are not the same as people in Washington or Houston. The fact of the matter is, is that we get pennies for our resources and have urban plans of economic imposed on us.
