We still have a long journey ahead of us in order to make a better change in Cambodia. First, we need to work harder to change our mentality from top to bottom. A long term perspective for such change has to be designed and developed at least for 50 years in strategic plan. Second, we need to build a concrete foundation where our potentials can be granted a better training in leadership skills. It takes generations with strong commitment to ensure the happy ending and we must start it from this generation onward.
