We study this technique in the Cultural Diversity class at Mercer. The students with the green collards on are considered Black. As you can see, the young lady could not handle not getting her point out. Which the facilitator was trying to show them and this is the racism blacks have and sometimes still deal with. This is why I am a Big advocate of those in education, public safety and healthcare, being mandated to take this course, just so they will know more about cultures other than their own! Education is Powerful.....
