We talk about all the kids now a days that are into gaming systems, cell phones, tablets, etc. and do not play outside and do active things we did when we were kids. BUT are we any different now? I might not be old and I might not be young, but I still have a youthful heart and personality. My family is VERY active, but Jackie Abshire and myself are guilty of this too often. I have been on the computer for 45 minutes while my 2 boys play with race cars in the floor. This video definitely hit home. Im going to play race cars and slide on the floor in my socks!
