We think it’s udderly fabulous that the Allen Public Library has a dairy cow visiting from 10:30am until 11:30am-moooove on over to take a gander at what’s churning about (don’t worry-we’ll milk this for all it’s worth). We’ve got plenty of cheese (diary and smile varieties) here at Food for Thought Market and Café-stop on in for a snack or a sip. Broccoli Cheddar Soup has roasted broccoli, cheddar cheese, different spices and rich flavors meld together will have you saying “More Cowbell”. Chicken Salad-has absolutely nothing to do with dairy but everything to do with the sandwich or the salad.
