We use this Tabata interval in my Hot Pepper Audio Workout Program here: bit.ly/1nrSKLK On the floor or on the step in front of you, tap alternating toes each second for 10 seconds. For the next 20 seconds, speed up your taps as fast as possible. You can incorporate a small hop to get your feet moving quickly. Perform each 10 second recovery/20 second all-out is one interval. Try 8 intervals for a total of 4 minutes. You can increase intensity by using a step to tap your toes on; raise your arms above your head, or move them up and down in a jumping-jack fashion.
