We walked two beautiful beagles yesterday who live in the same neighbourhood as our good pooch friends, Gatsby and Deefa. Inadvertently, we found ourselves walking past the boys home. Well, the moment of recognition took about 1 second. That short period of silence was followed by crying and, as we kept walking past, barking. Lots of barking. Loud. Non-stop... If it were possible to understand doggie barking, they could perhaps have been saying: What the!! Who are those two fat beagles? YOU CANT BE SERIOUS! COME BACK NOW!! We made up for our indiscretion by giving them an extra long walk today...:-)
