We want bad cops held accountable and removed from the force. We want cultural changes in police training that will give police the confidence to assess a situation and find non-lethal means to defuse it. But the actions portrayed here will not get us to these goals. We are all frustrated. These protesters are allowing their frustration to lead them into mob violence that will only fuel the fire instead of encouraging dialog and positive change.
