We want to update you on a Kitty Harbor rescue from July 25 and Itty Bitty Kitty who was accidentally left behind when his family moved to Ohio. Success! Itty Bitty and his person Beth were reunited this past Saturday. Kitty Harbor had ten firm offers to escort Kitty from Seattle to Columbus, OH and the best came from two devoted cat lovers who read about Kittys dilemma, his injuries and how worried his family was and volunteered to fly with him last weekend on Alaska Airlines, where one of them works, to Chicago and then drive him to Lafayette, IN, midway to his home, to meet his mom, Beth. Itty provided in-flight entertainment with an explosive poop situation when the plane took off, reports his travelling escorts, and added Were more than happy to bring Itty home to his family. We just thought how horrible it would be to be away from our pets for so long. It was clear from the reunion how happy Itty Kitty and Beth were to be together again. Big Kitty Harbor thank yous to everyone who helped - and offered to help - get Itty Bitty Kitty back to where he belongs! An extra thanks to Dr. Jan White of Renton Veterinary Hospital for treating Kittys absess for two days for nearly free!
