We went into the kids zoo. We were in the building looking around and when Ben pointed out the mercats to Frankie. the lady told him to move. Ben was at least 8 feet from the glass. Ben started to move and the lady told him that he should not point out any animals to Frankie. She was very rude about it. She then followed us around both inside and out. She kept standing behind use staring with her arms crossed. This really got the dogs and one of our group upset. Ben spoke up and told her that she needed to stop stalking us. He explained that she was causing issues with the dogs and one of our group that has issues with anxiety. She just kept starting at us and following us around. We ask for a supervisor and was told she was it. We were being very careful to follow the rules. After we left the area we visited the rest of the the zoo. We then went to eat. While we were eating we saw the lady on her break. When she saw us she came over to the table and ben asked her name. She wanted to argue with us. I told her that we would be writting a letter of complaint and to please leave us alone because her presence was upsetting us and the dogs. When she did leave she came back 5 min later with her boss. She stood at the main door telling her boss all about us, pointing at us the entire time. When the boss came over I told her upfront that we did not want to be interrupted. We were going to file a complaint in writing. She kept talking About the safety of the zoo animals. She would not leave or let us talk. So I finally got loud and told her that she was harassing us and she needed to shut up and go away.
