We went to the fish market last night for dinner. It is set up with the seafood vendors in a circular area towards the middle and the restaurants all around them. You choose your restaurant then you wander about, being harangued by all the vendors offering you the best deal and you choose your fish and how you want it prepared. We chose a nice snapper and asked for no bones. He filleted it then sent it to the cafe for cooking. We also had a platter of calamari and garlic prawns. With a bottle of red and a platter of salad and the ubiquitous basket of bread, it was a delightful meal. We walked back to the hotel along the waterfront past all the yachts at 10.30. A very full day!
