We were hired by a gentlemen accused of felony theft. The case involved a scam at a large home improvement store. There were video surveillance tapes which showed the two people involved. My client was absolutely not involved in this theft. Using some of the old police detective skills, we were able to discover the true identity of the real thief and obtain a photograph of him. We put together a package for the Grand Jury with photos and information of the true perpetrator. The Grand Jury No Billed our client, which means he will not be formally charged with this offense. He has been cleared of these false charges. This was especially important to him because of his immigration status. What a great feeling to be able to help a person falsely accused of a crime regain his freedom and protect his future!
