We were in the Co-op, our citys little grocery store, last night and I spotted a little blonde Charlie-Brown-headed, slightly-under two-year-old, smiling cutie, who just looked so much like Silas at that age, with his dad. As we turned the corner by the toiletries, there they were again and we parents shared a grin over the top of this cherubs head as he carefully studied the deodorants. Then, as dad tried to put order to the increasingly-chaotic shelf, Cherub became gripped with anxiety and in one fell swoop took out the entire shelf. I turned to Silas and said, You, of all people, should help clean that up. Silas gave me a sheepish grin and a knowing nod before he knelt down to help.
