We were out shopping yesterday afternoon and having a nice time. Talked about doing a carnival or taking in a movie. We looked at each other and I said, would you rather go home. She said yes, so we came home and enjoyed the nice evening. Funny how some folks change. Younger days would find me running the roads. My version of having a good time was much different back then from what it is now. I had three trees and two bushes back then and all were probably overgrown. Now we have hundreds of plants and trees we groom and enjoy. Stability, not in my life back then, but what I strive for now. Inner peace, found in Gods house, in a beautiful garden, or a home full of love. Thats the ticket. Its not the paths you have taken in life but the ultimate trail you end up on when you meet your maker. Not what kind of person you were in the past but what you do with your life now. You cant change or control your past, theres things i would if i could, but you can make a difference in what you do today. So, everyone enjoys life differently. You can search your soul for what makes you happy or the person your with. A little soul searching does a body good. The allotment of time we are allowed on this earth should be at the forefront. Cant waste that... Anyone who stops by to look at my post knows a lot of my time now is spent here on this porch among our gardens. A good place for some really good soul searching... enjoy this beautiful day. Happy Sunday........ :)
