We were warned of there quality in the 1st minute when lukaku was ruled offside but did we learn - NO. Krul should have done better with the 1st but where was the marking, santon was skinned which pulled colo out to left back and mbwia was lost in the middle, very poor defending and this continued. Cole, mbwia, sissoko and tiote l;ooked lazy and unfit in the 1st half. ... We had 3 quality midfileders playing in the middle, i think they forgot the basics of pass and move in the first half. i watched tiote pass the ball forward and stand still on 4 or 5 occasions. Upfront Pardew made a huge mistake swapping ben arfa to the left, he has ruined many right backs cutting inside and shooting yet and last night he was expected to attack the wing and cross. Didnt work at all. Remy was lost on his own with only the long balls to feed of which is a sam allerdyce tactic not something we should be doing against distan n jagielka. Pardew needs a wake up call or maybe this is the end of his run. for me i would change manager now and bring in di matteo or poyet. plenty time to sort out a lackluster looking squad
