We where shopping at Dillards tonight and witnessed a tragic reality. A young man, (16-17) was shopping with his mom, younger sister and younger brother. When they were walking away we seen the young man proudly walking away with his skinny jeans ALL the way down beneath his butt! This was wayyyy past sagging and his navy blue fruit of the loom underwear (not loose boxers) were visible for all to see. I was disgusted and saddened by the ignorance of the mom who obviously sees nothing wrong with it???? How could she NOT have been embarassed? Oh....I know...not only do young kids think this is a cool look and fashion statement because Lil Wayne and other rappers that they idolize wear & perform in such trash, but the PARENTS of this generation are in agreement with their kids listening to this venom and see NOTHING wrong with any of it? It is perversion & confusion at its best! When my 8 year old niece is asking me arent we in the mens section? Why do these pants look like girls auntie?(skinny sweats w leather patches & some with zippers)???? Then there is a problem! God spoke to my spirit again about the spirit of PERVERSION! God is NOT the author of confusion (1 Corinth. 14:33) We are to be able to differentiate a man from a woman! This is NOT okay, NOT HARMLESS, NOT INNOCENT....in ANY way. Warning: Parents who are believers, do NOT be decieved or blinded by what you think looks good. Educate yourselves and your children. Are you aware of who the designers are who design these clothes? Where did sagging come from? Who does my child look up to that sags? What are these celebrities really rapping about? Would God approve of this look or music? The truth is God does NOT approve of this filth. SEPERATE yourselves (II Corinth. 6:16-18) and STOP trying to look-like, sound- like & fit in with the world!!!! You are causing young children to be blinded and confused by these tactics of the enemy! WAKE UP!
