Most afternoons until 7:00 PM and alternating Saturdays all day. Postal Annex is a full service packing, shipping, mailing and business services company. We are an authorized shipper for UPS, Fed Ex, DHL. We are an approved USPS retailer and approved Commercial Mail Receiving Agent. We offer commercial and retail notary services, printing services, copies, fax services, document scanning & shredding, professional packaging services, and Western Union all in a fast paced environment. Qualified candidate MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. CANDIDATE MUSE QUALIFY AND BECOME AN OREGON STATE NOTARY. Wage will be based on candidate experience. Qualified candidates will possess a mature, friendly demeanor and work well with the public. They will have an energetic “can do” attitude and exude confidence in their ability to sell and perform all services offered by Postal Annex with attention to detail. A firm sales background is a plus. Candidate must be a quick learner and be accurate in processes and procedures, including spelling and handling of money. You will be required to become an expert in shipping rules, basic postal regulations and international shipping practices. We will train the right candidate. The candidate will present themselves in a professional manner. This includes the way you carry yourself, how you speak, how you dress. Candidate will possess basic to intermediate computer skills. These include Point of Sale (cash register functions including how to count change), Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, and Adobe. A working knowledge of complex office equipment is a plus. Candidate must be able to stand for long periods and handle multiple tasks at one time, work alone at times and be available for all business hours including weekends.
